We confirm
We reply to confirm the tub is free, that you are in our delivery area, and the price for your dates.

We deliver and set up
We bring the tub, set it up in your garden, fill it and switch it on, and show you how everything works. Allow up to 12 to 14 hours for it to heat up.

We collect
At the end of your hire we come back, empty it and take it away. You do not need to do a thing.
Before you book
What your garden needs
Four quick checks. If you are unsure about any of them, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you.
A flat, level spot
Roughly 2.5 metres square, on a patio, decking or level lawn. A filled tub is very heavy, so the ground must be firm and even.
An outdoor socket
A standard outdoor socket with RCD protection, close enough to reach without an extension lead.
An outside tap
We fill the tub with a hose, so we need a tap we can connect to.
A way in
A clear route from the road to the garden, such as a side gate. Tell us if access is through the house.

Please note - heating time. After we fill the tub, it can take up to 12 to 14 hours to reach a comfortable temperature for the first time. Plan your delivery for the day before you want to use it.

Questions people ask
Which areas do you deliver to?
Anywhere within 15 miles of Salfords, Surrey. That includes Redhill, Reigate, Horley, Crawley, Dorking and Caterham. Not sure if you are in range? Send us your postcode and we will tell you.
How warm will it be when you leave?
Not warm yet. We switch the tub on as soon as it is filled, but heating it up for the first time can take up to 12 to 14 hours, depending on the weather and the temperature of the tap water. Keep the cover on while it heats and it will get there faster. If you want it ready for a particular evening, have it delivered the day before.
What if it rains?
A hot tub in the rain is still lovely - you are already wet. But if you would rather stay dry getting in and out, add our gazebo for £25. We put it up over the tub and take it down when we collect. For safety, we will not put it up if strong winds are forecast, and we refund the £25 if that happens.
Can it go on grass?
Yes, if the lawn is level and firm. A slope or soft ground is not safe for a filled tub. Send us a photo if you are not sure.
Can we use it in autumn and winter?
Yes - a hot tub on a cold evening is one of the best ways to use one. Keep the cover on whenever it is not in use to hold the heat.
Is it safe with children?
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, and the cover should be on and fastened whenever nobody is using the tub. Very young children should not use a hot tub.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes - a hot tub weekend voucher, or any amount from £25, valid for 12 months. See gift vouchers above. If you have been given one, add the code in the "Anything else?" box when you book.
How do I pay?
Through PayPal. Once we confirm your dates we send you a secure PayPal payment link for a £50 booking deposit, which comes off the hire price. You can pay with your PayPal account or by debit or credit card - you do not need a PayPal account. The balance and a £100 refundable damage deposit are due 48 hours before delivery. The damage deposit is refunded through PayPal within 3 days of collection if the tub is returned clean and undamaged.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 14 days or more before delivery and we refund everything except the £50 booking deposit. Between 7 and 13 days we keep half the hire price, and with less than 7 days' notice the hire price is not refundable. You can move your date once for free with 7 days' notice.
